At Ancient Wisdom Essential Oils, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, we offer returns within 30 days of the original order date for a product replacement or full refund, subject to the terms below.

1. Return Period

Products may be returned within 30 days of the original order date.

To be eligible for a return, the return request must be submitted within this 30-day period.

2. Refunds and Product Replacements

Eligible returned products may be exchanged for a replacement product or refunded for the full purchase price of the returned product.

Customers may choose between:

·         A full refund of the purchase price of the returned product; or

·         A replacement product of the same item, subject to availability.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Condition of Returned Products

Products should be returned in reasonable condition and, when possible, in their original packaging.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise has an issue related to fulfillment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the replacement or refund.

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact Ancient Wisdom Essential Oils with:

·         Your name

·         Order number

·         Product you wish to return

·         Reason for the return

·         Whether you prefer a replacement or refund

Our customer service team will provide instructions for completing the return.

5. Return Shipping

For products that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise the result of an error on our part, Ancient Wisdom Essential Oils will provide appropriate instructions regarding return shipping.

For other returns, return shipping arrangements may be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Refund Processing

Once an eligible return is received and processed, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.

7. Exchanges

If you choose a product replacement, the replacement will generally be for the same product originally purchased and is subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may provide a refund instead.
